bg55 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bg55" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" — refers to bg55.io and the entity operating the online betting and casino services accessible at https://bg55.io.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through bg55.io.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the bg55 registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to the total real-money funds held in your bg55 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), excluding any bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bg55.io — whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from any translation or interpretation of these terms into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

3Account Registration

You are permitted to hold one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bg55 employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations and reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4Eligibility

Use of the bg55 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are accessing bg55.io on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on bg55 or subject to a cooling-off period that has not yet expired.
• You are acting in good faith and not using the Platform for any fraudulent, money-laundering, or otherwise unlawful purpose.
• You understand that gambling products involve financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of bg55 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

bg55 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bg55's satisfaction.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any other individual to access or use your bg55 account.

bg55 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor SMS authentication, which is available to all registered players from the account security settings. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.

bg55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bg55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bg55 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits are credited to your bg55 balance typically within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed by bg55 within 24 hours of submission, with most requests completed within one to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawal timelines may be extended during KYC verification procedures.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• bg55 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. Your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which bg55 bears no responsibility.
• bg55 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be recalled by bg55 on behalf of the player. Players who make an erroneous deposit must contact their payment provider directly.
• bg55 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the bg55 account holder.

7Bonuses & Promotions

bg55 offers bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which are stated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all bg55 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• bg55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• bg55 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through an abuse of terms, or in conjunction with prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 10.
• Winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds — with no real-money stake contribution — may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

8Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bg55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The following general betting rules apply across all bg55 sports betting markets:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player under any circumstances.
• bg55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including markets with incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions that resulted in a market being available contrary to bg55's intentions.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the current state of the event. bg55 may suspend a live market at any time at its discretion, and any bets submitted during a suspension period will be voided.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or fails to commence within 12 hours of the scheduled start time (BST), all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, ICC events, and T20 tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. bg55 is not responsible for any delay in settlement pending official confirmation.

9Casino Games

Casino games available on bg55 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win products — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, independently audited dealing procedures.

The house edge applicable to each game category is inherent to the game mechanics and is not modified by bg55. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published by the respective game studios and are available for review within the game information panels on the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, server error, or game engine failure — bg55 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected game round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance. bg55 is not liable for any perceived or expected winnings arising from a malfunctioned game round.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or market prices in a manner that constitutes match-fixing or collusion.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of bg55.io.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bg55 staff or other players via any communication channel.

11Account Suspension & Closure

bg55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, bg55 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, bg55 may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the specific clause breached.

12Intellectual Property

All content on bg55.io — including but not limited to the bg55 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and odds presentations — is the intellectual property of bg55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bg55 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from bg55.io without the express prior written consent of bg55.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

bg55's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bg55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. bg55 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

14Privacy

bg55's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the bg55 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

bg55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game studio partners, payment processing providers, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention agencies strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
